Adam Fisher

Armed with a background in business and production, Adam runs the day-to-day operations of Complete Production Group’s (CPG’s) West Coast office in Los Angeles where he currently serves as the companies President & Managing Partner.

Adam’s core duties include acting as Signatory Producer on behalf of union productions for projects under agreements with SAG, the Directors Guild (DGA), Writers Guild (WGA) & IATSE. He and the CPG team ensure all compliance with legal guidelines and regulatory requirements and maintain positive relationships with talent and crew. Other day-to-day work includes creating budget plans, production payroll, and finalizing & obtaining Letters of Intent and/or Letters of Commitment from both A-List celebrities & funders on behalf.

Adam is intimately acquainted with all technical and fundamentals within production finance, business affairs, such as formation of a production company, reviewing investor packages, working in concert with legal in drafting sophisticated production contracts and deal memos with talent & crew, and obtaining proper development money for TV and film projects that show promise for the distribution route. From ultra-small budget to blockbuster studio feature, Adam, interprets the pre and post-production process and advises producers and execs how to avoid financial potential pitfalls along the way.

Adam frequently contributes as a guest speaker for many panels, film festivals, and entertainment events. Past speaking engagements include: Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Film-Com in Nashville, Catalina Film Summit, The PGA (Producers Guild) West Master Class in LA, Blue Water Film Festival, in San Diego and Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
