As a graduate of Cal State University Northridge, Dennis had a 17-year career in the entertainment industry as a producer of independent feature films. At one point it became necessary to focus his attention on being the caregiver of both his parents until their passing in 2016. Afterwards, Dennis chose to start a new career in insurance and retirement planning. He is currently the owner of DS Financial Services. He is also a partner in Anger MGMT/Cardenas Legacy Tequila, a craft tequila located in Santa Clarita. Since 2017, Dennis has given of his time to various charities and community organizations. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America, board member of the SCV Boys and Girls Club, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and recently joined Soroptimist International of Greater SCV. He is honored and excited to be an advisor for SCIFF and its upcoming 2022 event.
