Fred Arnold is a 30-year leader, speaker, coach and mortgage professional in the real estate and mortgage banking industry. Fred and his team have closed over a billion dollars in loans while at the same time helping his company grow to one of the strongest in his region. Fred coaches realtors and mortgage professionals on life and sales excellence and often speaks to business and consumer groups on the economy, the state of the housing market and how to get the best investment when buying real estate. Fred has interviewed over 1,100 entrepreneurs, authors, and life experts through his TV show,” Out of the Rough”, on SCVTV and radio show, “The Santa Clarita Business & Real Estate Show”, on AM 1220 KHTS. Fred is also very involved in his community having served as the president of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers as well as the treasurer for the National Association of Mortgage Professionals. Locally, Fred has served on numerous charitable organizations currently including The Child and Family Center board, COC Foundation board, SCV Disaster Coalition board and was previously the chairman of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce and president of the OLPH School Board. Fred’s most recent venture, in addition to helping veterans obtain mortgage loans, is owning and managing 360 Suites, four executive suite locations here in the SCV, that provides creative spaces and offices for entrepreneurs and business professionals. Perhaps what’s most impressive is Fred’s pursuit of life excellence. Having completed 23 Ironman competitions (4 full) over the past four years has given Fred not only a unique perspective about life, but the commitment has allowed him to become more disciplined in everything he does.
