Panchito Gomez

Born in 1963, Panchito Gomez began his acting career at the Age of five landed the role of Antonio opposite the great Raul Julia in the 1971 through 72 season of the iconic institution Sesame Street being the first and only child actor to be credited as a character to this date. Soon after along list of commercials came about. His first television show was an after special called “the street of the flower boxes “. His first feature film “Paco” in which he stared along another great, Jose Ferrer. From then on his career blossom and many television shows and guest star appearances followed such as “Barretta , Chips, Barney Miller, Tj Hooker , Different strokes , and recurring role on the Emmy award winning “Hill Street Blues”.  I’m between, numerous films such as “Run for the Roses, Walk Proud, Uncle Joe Shannon , Borderline W/Charles Bronson. “Tuff Turf” “Return to Horror High” Saints and sinners “ . In the late 90s brake through movies that resonate to this day that are considered classics , “American Me , Mi Vida Loca , and of course the  Movie that paid tribute to  the legendary Tejana Qween “Selena”. After taking a short break to raise a family, he has returned to his love and passion for his craft. He most recent work includes the film “Time In Between” and he is currently producing “A Higher Power”,  which should be released sometime next year. Not bad for a kid from the streets whose respected career of over five decades speaks volume.
