RYAN TRASK

Ryan Trask is an LA-based musician, producer, and wild card with over fifteen years’ experience organizing independent, homegrown music events across southern California. As the founder and executive producer of LA’s annual June Gloom Festival and frontman for the acclaimed indie-rock outfit Niantic, Ryan brings an extensive background in talent acquisition, creative development, and end-to-end operations management to his role as Music Director for the Santa Clarita International Film Festival. Leveraging a deep network of relationships throughout the west coast with a one-of-a-kind background in music, events, design, and related industries, Ryan is excited to grow SCIFF’s music wing into a national destination to connect artists, community stakeholders, and film/TV industry decision makers.
